Jeff has been a USA Triathlon certified coach since 2006. In 2010, he achieved Level 2 certification and has most recently completed the Elite Coaching Mentorship Program at the US Olympic Center in Colorado Springs.
Because there’s more to coaching than simply drawing up plans and handing out workouts, Jeff has the unique ability to create consistent and objective training plans that fit into the current-day athlete’s busy lifestyle. From medical students and engineers, to attorney’s and busy moms, his athletes continue to improve and achieve success at all race distances and all ability levels. He has produced Ironman and 70.3 World Championship qualifiers, Boston Marathon qualifiers, Age Group Nationals qualifiers, and 5150 US Championship qualifiers. While working with the American Cancer Society’s Team DetermiNation, he’s helped numerous athletes to their first marathons and half marathons.

Erin Delaune, RRCA, USAT Level I Certified
Erin entered the endurance sports world as a marathoner and quickly found herself at home within the running community. Completing the Las Vegas marathon gave her an overwhelmingsense of accomplishment and pride she now instills in her athletes.
As an accomplished runner with a background in swimming, it wasn't long until she found herself riding a bike and entering her first triathlon. This new sport offered even more challenges and rewards as she rose to several top 3 finishes and a qualifying position at the 5150 US Championships.
Erin considers endurance sports as a compass for everyday life.
